A pingpong with WIneke van Muiswinkel ended up in making a website in a jiffy for a conceptual travelagengy with the emphasis on seeing things with differently. The idea stayed a concept and the website was made just for Wineke and myself but no longer accessible.

366 Dutch graphic designers, calligraphers, cartoonists, type designers and illustrators worked together with 7 printers, 2 binders, 1 paper supplier and 2 cardboard suppliers on a calendar book. Each designer was given a date of the year for a spread in the book that he/she can fill in as he/she sees fit. Melle Hammer did the overall graphic design.
My contribution was put together without a computer.

Window-gallery 'ACHTER DE RAMEN' ran by the one and only Kees Maas got a big sun for a while. The title of the gallery was an explicit part of the name of the installation: ACHTER DE RAMEN schijnt de zon........ te zijn.

Sometimes printed words speak the loudest. After the deed was done some remaining posters were cut and made into ten exclusive A5 booklets and sold so the fine could be paid. It was all worth it.

Designed by Laslo Strong and made on behalf of the Gerrit Rietveld Academie as a farewell present for Kees Maas, head of the silkscreen workshop. Together with Kees I set up a billboard spot in front of the building in the nineties used by students for a silkscreen extravaganza. All the billboards I've made or guided are represented in this book as well as those made in the last 20 years.
A hommage made for (now deceased) graphic designer Bas Oudt by people who were influenced by his work and attitude. Everybody designed a chapter for the book showing what relates them to Oudt. Mine was office supplies and trademen's jargon. I made an inventory, reorginised and categorised his work for my contribution.
